Don’t you just love it!!

Cake is brilliant for any occasion…. birthday cake, wedding cake, engagement cake, cake for cake sake, pudding on a Wednesday to celebrate mid-week, cake at the weekend just because you can.

Seriously….. cake is amazing!!

I have just spent the last 10 minutes mixing together a batch of chocolate brownies and I’ve washed up and am now relaxing while they cook and the house smells of delicious chocolately goodness. Brilliant.

Off to celebrate a friends birthday tonight and trying out the latest restaurant in west bridgford, Nottingham. Really looking forward to some yummy tapas, a glass of wine and of course the fabulous company of my friends. I shall share more about escabeche soon!!
